3. Payment Obligations: I agree to settle all payment obligations for services rendered within the agreed time frame. Failure to make the required payments will result in the suspension of access to services, and any tools slaved to us will not be released until the account is brought up to date. Legal action may also be taken to recover outstanding amounts.
